Monitor and maintain the bank's computer systems and technology infrastructure on a daily basis.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that may arise in the computer systems.
Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functioning of various systems.
Create and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for system upgrades and enhancements.
Train and mentor junior technicians on computer operations and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all security protocols and regulations in regards to the bank's technology systems.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and provide efficient solutions.
Generate and maintain detailed reports on system performance and any incidents.
Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and maintenance.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to computer operations.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding system updates, issues, and resolutions.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Senior Computer Operations Technician At First Citizens Bank Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Computer Hardware, Software, And Networking Systems. They Should Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues Quickly And Efficiently.
Experience In Banking Operations: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Banking Environment, Preferably In A Computer Operations Role. Familiarity With Banking Processes And Regulations Is Crucial For This Position.
