
Senior Administrative Assistant - IT

- Provide administrative and clerical support to the IT department, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the company, as well as external contacts.
- Coordinate and organize IT projects, including tracking timelines, communicating progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for the IT department, including processing invoices and managing purchase orders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including IT policies, procedures, and project plans.
- Serve as the point of contact for IT vendors and suppliers, managing contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services and products.
- Prepare and distribute important communications, such as memos, emails, and reports, to the IT department and other stakeholders.
- Support the IT team with equipment and supply inventory management, including ordering and tracking supplies, and coordinating equipment repairs and replacements.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on various IT-related topics, such as new technologies and trends, to support decision-making within the IT department.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion, as you may have access to confidential company and customer data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a customer service-oriented approach.
- Stay updated on IT industry developments and advancements to continuously improve your knowledge and skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the IT department.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Administrative Support, Preferably In An It Department
Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs
