At First Citizens Bank, we are proud to offer a wide variety of services to our customers. We are currently searching for an energetic and detail-oriented Operations Specialist-Loan Records to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all loan records for our bank and ensuring accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in loan processing or banking operations, and knowledge of loan recordkeeping systems. We are looking for a team player who is organized and can handle multiple tasks at once with a high level of accuracy.If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service and are driven to help us achieve our goals, we would love to hear from you.
