As an Information Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential security risks and implementing measures to safeguard our systems against cyber threats. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the bank's systems and data.
Monitor and analyze system logs and network traffic for signs of potential security breaches.
Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and industry best practices to ensure the bank's systems are protected against emerging risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of the bank's operations.
Respond to and investigate security incidents, and take appropriate actions to mitigate any potential damage.
Create and maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct security awareness training for employees to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Work with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure the security of any outsourced systems or data.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the bank's security measures and make recommendations for improvement.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Information Security, Preferably In The Banking Or Financial Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Security Principles, Protocols, And Technologies, Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Encryption, And Vulnerability Assessment.
Experience With Security Tools And Technologies, Including Siem, Dlp, And Endpoint Protection.
Professional Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Giac Are Highly Preferred.
