Manage and maintain accurate records of all fixed assets owned by the company.
Develop and implement processes for tracking and monitoring fixed assets.
Conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of fixed asset records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper classification and coding of fixed assets.
Monitor and report on the depreciation and value of fixed assets.
Prepare and maintain fixed asset schedules for financial reporting.
Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to fixed asset management.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline fixed asset management processes.
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of fixed asset transactions.
Keep up-to-date with accounting standards and regulations related to fixed asset management.
Provide training and support to team members on fixed asset management processes and procedures.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making related to fixed assets.
Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation for audits.
Proactively identify and address any issues or discrepancies related to fixed assets.
Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on fixed asset management and answer any questions or concerns.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Fixed Asset Management, Preferably In The Banking Industry.
Advanced Knowledge Of Gaap, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, And Other Relevant Accounting Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Discrepancies In Asset Records.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Teams And Departments Within The Bank.
