
Executive Desktop Support Technician

- Provide exceptional technical support to the executive team for all desktop, laptop, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain all necessary software and applications for the executive team.
- Monitor and maintain the performance and security of all executive devices.
- Set up and troubleshoot video conferencing and audio-visual equipment for executive meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure all executive devices are up-to-date with the latest technology and security protocols.
- Train executives on how to use new technology and assist with any technical questions or concerns.
- Manage and maintain inventory of all executive devices and accessories.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the executive team, ensuring their technology needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide proactive solutions and recommendations to improve executive technology experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding the use and maintenance of technology devices.
- Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and repairs when necessary.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on ways to improve processes and procedures related to executive technology support.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and documents of the executive team.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Desktop Support Or It Customer Service.
Strong Knowledge Of Windows Operating Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience With Troubleshooting Hardware And Software Issues.
