  1. Conduct thorough analysis of current HR systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to streamline HR operations and increase efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with HR team to understand their needs and provide technical support and guidance.
  4. Monitor and troubleshoot any issues with HR systems and work with IT department to resolve them.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology to continuously improve systems.
  6. Provide training and support to HR team on new systems and processes.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
  8. Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates and gather feedback.
  10. Serve as a liaison between HR and IT departments to ensure smooth integration and implementation of new systems.
  11. Maintain documentation of processes and procedures for HR systems.
  12. Adhere to data privacy and security standards to protect sensitive employee information.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new HR systems.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR systems and make necessary adjustments.
  15. Act as a project manager for HR system upgrades and implementations.
  16. Stay updated on compliance regulations and ensure HR systems are in compliance.
  17. Provide technical support to HR team for employee inquiries related to HR systems.
  18. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment within the HR department.
  19. Provide recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiencies in HR systems.
  20. Participate in cross-functional team projects to improve overall business operations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Business Systems Analyst Role, Preferably In The Hr Department Of A Financial Institution.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Payroll, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, And Compliance.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets To Identify Trends And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
