Conduct thorough analysis of data and processes within the Wealth Management division to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess the performance of current processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for solutions that align with business goals.
Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for process improvements.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project progress and potential roadblocks.
Participate in testing and implementation of new processes and systems to ensure successful integration.
Act as a subject matter expert for business processes and provide training to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In Wealth Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Wealth Management Operations.
