- Conduct thorough analysis of data and processes within the Wealth Management division to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to assess the performance of current processes and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for solutions that align with business goals.
- Identify and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies in data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to provide updates on project progress and potential roadblocks.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new processes and systems to ensure successful integration.
- Act as a subject matter expert for business processes and provide training to team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Financial Services, Preferably In Wealth Operations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements Related To Wealth Management Operations.
