Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated AVP, Portfolio Manager - Commercial Real Estate to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team and create a portfolio of real estate investments.The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 7 years of commercial real estate experience in underwriting, loan origination and portfolio management. They will possess a working knowledge of real estate market dynamics and be able to effectively analyze real estate investments. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple projects. A bachelor's degree in business or finance is preferred.
