Job Description

At First Citizens Bank, we are looking for an experienced Agriculture Underwriter with a passion for helping farmers and agribusiness clients succeed. The ideal candidate will possess the qualifications and knowledge to evaluate and approve loans that facilitate the growth of our customers. If you have a strong background in agriculture and lending, and are eager to join a team that is committed to making a difference, this is the role for you!The successful Agriculture Underwriter should have at least 5 years of experience in underwriting and/or originating agricultural loans, including a thorough understanding of agricultural lending regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a commitment to customer service, and experience using loan origination software.
