  1. Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report and troubleshoot software defects.
  3. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software features and functionality.
  4. Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
  5. Use various testing tools and techniques to automate testing processes.
  6. Identify and communicate risks and potential issues in a timely manner.
  7. Continuously improve and maintain testing processes and procedures.
  8. Stay updated with industry best practices and new testing methodologies.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
  10. Work closely with development teams to ensure that quality is built into the software development process.
  11. Collaborate with product owners to understand requirements and ensure that they are being met through testing.
  12. Participate in the release process and ensure that all quality standards are met before software is deployed.
  13. Provide regular updates on the status of testing and any issues or concerns that arise.
  14. Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle.
  15. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to deliver top-notch software solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Testing Methodologies, And Quality Assurance Principles.

  • Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Practices, Such As Selenium Or Jmeter.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Issues.
