  1. Develop and implement security strategies and protocols to protect company systems and data.
  2. Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  3. Monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to quickly respond to and mitigate potential cyber threats.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of company operations.
  5. Stay updated on the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations to continuously enhance the company's security posture.
  6. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of a security breach.
  7. Conduct security training and awareness programs for employees to promote a security-minded culture throughout the company.
  8. Work closely with third-party vendors to ensure their security practices align with the company's standards.
  9. Investigate and respond to security incidents, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  10. Participate in security incident response exercises and contribute to the continuous improvement of response procedures.
  11. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all security measures meet industry regulations and standards.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on the company's security posture to senior management and stakeholders.
  13. Mentor and guide junior security team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  14. Take a proactive approach to identify and address potential security gaps or weaknesses in current systems.
  15. Represent the company in security-related meetings and conferences to share best practices and stay informed on industry developments.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Network Security: A Senior Security Engineer At Fico Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Network Security Protocols, Tools, And Technologies Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, Virtual Private Networks, And Vulnerability Assessment Tools.

  • Proficiency In Threat Analysis And Mitigation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Ability To Analyze And Assess Potential Security Threats To Fico's Systems And Networks, And Develop Effective Strategies To Mitigate Them.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Compliance Standards: A Senior Security Engineer At Fico Must Be Well-Versed In Industry Compliance Standards Such As Pci Dss, Hipaa, And Gdpr, And Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining Compliance Within An Organization.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Role Requires A High Level Of Technical Proficiency, Including Experience With Various Operating Systems, Databases, And Programming Languages. Candidates Should Also Have Experience With Scripting And Automation Tools For Security Tasks.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior-Level Role, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With Other Security Engineers And Cross-Functional Teams To Implement Security Solutions And Respond To Security Incidents.
