You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, define product vision and roadmap, and guide the product development process. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a track record of driving successful product launches.   1. Develop and implement optimization and cloud strategy for FICO's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and define product vision and roadmap.
  3. Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential gaps in the market.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive product optimization.
  6. Work closely with engineering teams to prioritize and manage product features and enhancements.
  7. Communicate product strategy and updates to internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, and customer success teams.
  8. Define and track key product metrics to measure success and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product positioning and messaging.
  10. Manage the product lifecycle, including pricing, packaging, and end-of-life decisions.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in optimization and cloud technologies.
  12. Mentor and guide junior product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on optimization and cloud technologies, both internally and externally.
  14. Collaborate with customers to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development and improvement plans.
  15. Represent FICO at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Optimization Or Cloud Technology Space.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing And Experience Working With Cloud-Based Products And Services.

  • Demonstrated Success In Managing And Launching Complex Products, Including Experience With Product Optimization And Continuous Improvement Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Product Strategy And Roadmap.
