- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient, and scalable software solutions using C/C++ programming language.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and test new features and enhancements for our Analytic Decisioning Platform.
- Utilize your expertise in C/C++ programming to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our platform.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers to help them grow and contribute to the team.

Extensive Experience In C/C++ Programming: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Proficiency In C/C++ Programming Language, With At Least 5+ Years Of Experience In Developing Complex Software Systems Using These Languages.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Analytic Decisioning Platform: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fico's Analytic Decisioning Platform And Its Various Components, Such As Blaze Advisor, Decision Modeler, And Strategy Director.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior/Lead/Staff Software Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Lead And Manage Software Development Projects. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills Are A Must-Have Qualification.
Experience With Agile Methodologies: Fico Follows Agile Methodologies For Software Development, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment And Be Proficient In Agile Practices Such As Scrum And Kanban.
