  1. Design and develop complex solutions for the Analytic Decisioning Platform using your strong software engineering and analytics background.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of new features and functionalities for the platform.
  4. Mentor and guide junior software engineers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices.
  5. Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
  6. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and proactively suggest improvements to the platform.
  7. Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and guidelines are followed.
  8. Work closely with product managers to prioritize and plan development tasks.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide progress updates and resolve any roadblocks.
  10. Demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and participate in testing and quality assurance processes.
  11. Contribute to the overall technical strategy and architecture of the Analytic Decisioning Platform.
  12. Keep track of project timelines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  13. Continuously improve and optimize the platform for better performance and scalability.
  14. Take ownership of tasks and proactively suggest solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
