  1. Lead and manage the MLOps and DataOps team, providing guidance and support to team members.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for efficient and effective MLOps and DataOps practices.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system and process gaps.
  4. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in MLOps and DataOps processes and workflows.
  5. Design, develop, and maintain MLOps and DataOps pipelines and tools.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MLOps and DataOps.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and data privacy regulations.
  8. Mentor and train team members on MLOps and DataOps principles and practices.
  9. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps.
  10. Collaborate with product and project teams to integrate MLOps and DataOps practices into software development processes.
  11. Manage and prioritize workload and resources to meet project deadlines.
  12. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for MLOps and DataOps processes.
  13. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
  14. Identify and mitigate risks related to MLOps and DataOps.
  15. Maintain documentation of MLOps and DataOps processes and workflows.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Mlops, Dataops, And Devops: A Senior/Lead Engineer At Fico Should Have A Strong Background And Expertise In All Three Areas - Mlops, Dataops, And Devops. They Should Be Well-Versed In The Latest Tools, Technologies, And Best Practices In These Areas.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages And Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Programming Languages Like Python, Java, And R, As Well As Experience Working With Tools Such As Docker, Kubernetes, And Git. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cloud Computing Platforms Like Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior/Lead Engineer, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Analytical And Critical Thinking Abilities. They Should Be Able To Identify Problems And Come Up With Effective Solutions To Complex Technical Challenges.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: This Role Requires The Candidate To Lead A Team Of Engineers And Work On Multiple Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Managing Teams And Projects, Ensuring Timely Delivery, And Handling Any Issues That May Arise.
