In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong partnerships and relationships with our clients.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  2. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, serving as the main point of contact for all sales and partnership needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions for clients.
  4. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of industry changes.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of sales and client success professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their success.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring continuous improvement.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for FICO, representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  8. Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop effective sales collateral and messaging.
  9. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast and manage budgets and resources.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of FICO's products and services to effectively articulate value propositions to clients.
  11. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous learning within the sales and client success team.
  12. Identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  13. Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sales activities are in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  14. Provide regular reports and updates to executive leadership on sales and partnership performance.
  15. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fico Products And Services: Fico Is A Leading Provider Of Analytics And Decision-Making Solutions, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Their Products And Services. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Promote And Sell These Solutions To Clients.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Vp Of Sales, Partner And Client Success Role Requires Someone Who Can Think Strategically And Develop Innovative Approaches To Drive Sales And Client Success.
