- Develop and implement strategies to drive platform adoption and ensure customer success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot any issues that may arise for customers using our platform.
- Conduct training sessions and create educational materials to help customers fully utilize our platform's capabilities.
- Analyze data and metrics to track customer usage and identify opportunities for increasing engagement and adoption.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks to customer success.
- Communicate customer feedback and feature requests to the product development team.
- Participate in sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our platform to potential customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador for FICO, promoting our company and our platform at industry events and conferences.
- Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes and workflows to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and progress.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Strong Understanding Of Fico Technology And Products: A Successful Platform Success Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Fico's Technology And Products, Including The Fico Decision Management Suite, Fico Score, And Fico Analytic Cloud.
Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management: This Role Requires Experience In Customer Success Or Account Management, As The Platform Success Manager Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Fico's Clients And Ensuring Their Success With The Platform.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Platform Success Manager Must Have Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Communicate With Clients, Understand Their Needs, And Build Strong Relationships.
Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: This Role Requires Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Understand Complex Client Issues And Provide Effective Solutions Using Fico's Products And Technology.
