FICO is seeking a talented Partner Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our premier global payment processor partners. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with our partners, driving growth and revenue, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in account management and a deep understanding of the payment processing industry.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with premier global payment processor partners.
  2. Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Drive growth and revenue for FICO through effective management of partner accounts.
  4. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service and support.
  5. Monitor and analyze partner performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments in order to provide valuable insights and recommendations to partners.
  7. Act as a liaison between FICO and partners, communicating important updates and information.
  8. Create and maintain account plans, outlining key objectives and strategies for each partner.
  9. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient partnership experience for both parties.
  10. Manage contract negotiations and ensure agreements are in line with company standards and objectives.
  11. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop joint marketing initiatives and campaigns with partners.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates on partner performance to senior management.
  13. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote FICO's partnership opportunities.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to partner account management.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for FICO and represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
