  1. Develop and maintain relationships with top payment technology companies and managed service providers to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute strategic plans for partnership development and growth.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for partner accounts, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, contracts, and pricing structures.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on partnership performance and progress towards goals.
  9. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to support partnership initiatives.
  10. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote FICO's partnership opportunities.
  11. Continuously build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at partner companies.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for FICO, promoting our products and services to potential and existing partners.
  13. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  14. Collaborate with partners to develop joint marketing and sales initiatives to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
  15. Stay informed on industry regulations and compliance requirements and ensure partners are in compliance with FICO's standards.
  16. Mentor and guide junior team members, providing support and sharing best practices.
  17. Continuously assess and improve partnership processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  18. Represent FICO professionally and positively in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.
