Job Description

As the Marketplace Growth and Engagement Director at FICO, you will play a critical role in driving our company's growth and increasing engagement with our products and services.   1. Develop and implement strategies to drive marketplace growth and increase engagement with FICO products and services.
  2. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for FICO to expand its customer base.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  5. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track and report on the success of growth and engagement initiatives.
  6. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations, to drive growth.
  7. Develop and manage marketing campaigns to promote FICO's products and services and increase brand awareness.
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer retention.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on growth and engagement initiatives and progress towards goals.
  11. Manage a team of marketing and business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
  12. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline and optimize growth and engagement efforts.
