  1. Develop and implement policies and procedures for responsible and ethical use of AI within FICO's programs.
  2. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards relating to AI.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of FICO's AI programs and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and approve AI initiatives, ensuring they align with FICO's ethical principles.
  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in AI governance and compliance to continuously improve FICO's practices.
  6. Train and educate employees on responsible AI principles and best practices.
  7. Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders, including regulators and industry organizations, to promote responsible AI usage.
  8. Monitor and address any potential risks or issues related to AI ethics and compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain a reporting framework to track and communicate FICO's responsible AI efforts.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals to support responsible AI program governance.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai Technologies And Their Applications: The Director Of Responsible Ai Program Governance And Compliance Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence Technologies, Including Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, And Computer Vision. They Should Also Be Familiar With The Potential Risks And Ethical Concerns Associated With These Technologies.

  • Regulatory Compliance Expertise: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Related To Ai, Such As The General Data Protection Regulation (Gdpr) And The Fair Credit Reporting Act (Fcra). The Director Should Be Able To Interpret And Apply These Regulations To Ensure The Responsible And Ethical Use Of Ai Within The Organization.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Governance Frameworks: The Director Should Have A Track Record Of Creating And Implementing Governance Policies And Procedures For Ai Projects. This Includes Establishing Guidelines For Data Collection, Model Training And Testing, And Ongoing Monitoring And Evaluation Of Ai Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: As A Leader In Responsible Ai, The Director Must Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization, Including Executives, Data Scientists, And Legal And Compliance Teams. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Compliance With Ethical And Regulatory Standards.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Director Should Possess Strong Analytical Skills To Identify Potential Ethical Risks And Compliance Issues Related To Ai. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks And Ensure Ethical Ai Practices Within The Organization.
