  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive Responsible AI Program Governance and Compliance strategy for the company.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and regulations in the AI industry and ensure the company's programs and solutions are in compliance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain ethical standards and policies for AI development, deployment, and usage.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify any potential ethical or regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  5. Monitor and track the company's AI programs and solutions to ensure they align with ethical and regulatory requirements.
  6. Provide guidance and support to business units and teams on responsible AI practices and compliance requirements.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to increase awareness and understanding of responsible AI principles and compliance obligations.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and industry organizations, to stay informed about emerging trends and regulations.
  9. Proactively identify opportunities for the company to lead the way in responsible AI practices and drive continuous improvement.
  10. Communicate updates and progress on the Responsible AI Program Governance and Compliance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on responsible AI, compliance, and governance, both internally and externally.
  12. Mentor and develop team members to ensure a high level of expertise and knowledge within the department.
