  1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build relationships and foster positive partnerships within the community.
  2. Identify and prioritize the needs of the community and develop programs and initiatives to address those needs.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize resources and ensure effective execution of community development plans.
  4. Lead and inspire a team of community development professionals, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure the success of projects and initiatives.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of community development efforts and make data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key community leaders, organizations, and influencers to further the company's reputation and impact.
  7. Represent the company in community events, meetings, and conferences to promote our commitment to community development and create opportunities for collaboration.
  8. Develop and manage budgets for community development projects, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  9. Stay up-to-date on community development trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies and programs.
  10. Act as a liaison between the company and the community, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise and finding solutions to maintain positive relationships.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Community Development, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Community Development, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Community Development Principles, Including Affordable Housing, Economic Development, And Social Services.

  • Experience In Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Project Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Diverse Stakeholders And Build Partnerships Within The Community.
