Job Description

Establish category procurement goals, metrics, and work plans to meet operational objectives in key category areas, including HR, Marketing, Legal, and Finance categories. Collaborate with multiple teams including Executive Leadership, CMO, Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, Product and HR teams. Responsible to build category plans, roadmaps; including analyzing and evaluating benchmarking for supplier performance. Aligns business needs with functional strategies. Responsible for supply continuity, lead time improvements, and regional savings targets. Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements changes necessary to cover supplier risks. Drive and deliver cost savings opportunities aligned with organization commitments. Develop vendor management strategy to reduce and consolidate global vendors for Operations. Develop, communicate, and execute against consistent global procurement strategies and practices.

Job Qualifications
  • MBA or higher-level degree a plus.

  • Experience developing and leading high visibility RFx events.

  • Successful history leveraging global deals and working with internal technical stakeholders to set negotiation strategy.

  • Enjoys acting as a change agent to evangelize and implement powerful, positive change.
