Lead and manage a team of associates to ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided.
Drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals set by upper management.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment in the store.
Train and develop team members to maintain a high level of product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.
Ensure all store operations and visual merchandising meet company standards.
Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock replenishment is in place.
Collaborate with upper management on budget planning and cost control measures.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively represent the brand.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and develop new business opportunities.

Job Qualifications

Proven Experience In Retail Management: A Successful Candidate For The Store Manager Position At Fendi Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Luxury Fashion Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Store Manager, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Sales Associates And Other Staff Members. Therefore, They Should Possess Excellent Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Their Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Luxury Fashion: Fendi Is A High-End Fashion Brand, And The Store Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Brand's History, Products, And Target Market. They Should Also Be Able To Keep Up With The Latest Fashion Trends And Provide Fashion Advice To Customers.
Excellent Customer Service Skills: Fendi Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And The Store Manager Should Be Able To Uphold This Standard. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Be Able To Build Relationships With Customers, And Handle Any Customer Complaints Effectively.
Strong Business Acumen: The Store Manager Will Be Responsible For The Overall Financial Performance Of The Store, Including Sales, Inventory Management, And Budgeting.
