As a member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. Manage the accounts payable process for Fendi, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Review and verify all invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
Process payments to vendors and suppliers in a timely manner.
Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions.
Reconcile accounts payable statements and identify and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper coding and classification of expenses.
Comply with company policies and procedures and adhere to all relevant accounting regulations.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices in accounts payable.
Collaborate with other departments, such as purchasing and inventory, to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices.
Produce reports and metrics to track and monitor accounts payable performance.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Accounts Payable, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.
Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Accounting Software Such As Sap Or Oracle.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Accurately Process High Volume Of Invoices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Vendors And Internal Teams.
