Source and procure high-quality materials and products for Fendi's fashion brand.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform purchasing decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure materials and products meet quality and design standards.
Manage the supply chain and monitor inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Create and maintain purchase orders and track their progress.
Review and analyze purchase data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient purchasing processes.
Follow up on orders and resolve any issues or delays.
Stay within budget and adhere to company's purchasing policies and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and efficiency.
Participate in vendor meetings and attend trade shows to source new suppliers and products.
Maintain accurate and organized records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
Continuously seek out innovative and cost-effective ways to improve purchasing processes.
Stay informed on fashion industry trends and developments to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Purchasing And Procurement, Preferably In The Luxury Fashion Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles And Practices, Including Sourcing, Negotiation, And Vendor Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Suppliers.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Experience Working With Procurement Software Systems.
