Develop and manage project timelines and budgets for various fashion design projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project objectives are met and delivered on time.
Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final product delivery.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Work closely with the creative team to develop innovative and visually appealing designs.
Ensure that all designs align with the brand's aesthetic and vision.
Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Make critical decisions and adjustments to the project plan as needed to ensure successful project completion.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Conduct regular team meetings to keep everyone informed and on track with project goals.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Stay updated on industry advancements and innovations to enhance project management and design processes.
Represent Fendi in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Conception To Completion. This Includes Creating Project Plans, Setting Timelines, And Overseeing Budgets.
Strong Design Skills: Fendi Is Known For Its Innovative And High-End Designs, So The Project Manager And Designer Should Have A Strong Background In Fashion Design. They Should Be Able To Create Original And Captivating Designs That Align With Fendi's Brand Aesthetic.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Project Manager And Designer, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Designers And Working Closely With Other Departments. They Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Convey Ideas And Manage Expectations.
Proficiency In Project Management Software: Fendi's Project Manager And Designer Will Be Expected To Use Project Management Software To Track Progress, Communicate With Team Members, And Manage Timelines. Proficiency In Programs Such As Asana, Trello, Or Basecamp Is Preferred.
Knowledge Of Luxury Fashion Industry: Fendi Is A Luxury Fashion Brand, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry, Including Current Trends, Competitors, And Customer Preferences. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Creating Successful Designs And Managing Projects Effectively.
