Develop and implement merchandising strategies in alignment with the brand's vision and aesthetic to drive sales and profitability.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, production, and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective merchandising strategies.
Create and manage product assortments for each season, considering factors such as sales history, customer demand, and inventory levels.
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
Plan and execute product launches and promotions in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
Manage the visual merchandising of retail stores and ensure brand consistency across all locations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms for product sourcing.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely and accurate replenishment of products.
Supervise and train merchandising team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Participate in budget planning and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
Stay updated on industry and market trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
Uphold the brand's high standards of quality, luxury, and innovation in all merchandising efforts.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Represent the brand at events, trade shows, and other industry events.
