Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our After Sales & Quality department. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, as well as maintaining the exceptional quality standards that Fendi is known for.   1. Oversee the After Sales & Quality department and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all processes and procedures.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve the quality of customer service and satisfaction.
  3. Manage a team of After Sales & Quality associates, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance goals and uphold Fendi's standards.
  4. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback and complaints, taking appropriate actions to address any issues and ensure a positive resolution.
  5. Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products and services meet Fendi's high standards of excellence.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to inform decision making and ensure Fendi remains competitive in the luxury fashion market.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure the timely delivery of quality products and services.
  9. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for the After Sales & Quality department to ensure consistency and efficiency across all processes.
  10. Serve as a brand ambassador and uphold the values and image of Fendi, promoting a positive and professional image at all times.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of the After Sales & Quality department and make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Continuously evaluate and adjust processes and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency within the department.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.
  14. Handle any escalated customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to ethical and legal standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Luxury Retail: A Qualified Manager, After Sales & Quality At Fendi Should Have A Background In Luxury Retail, Preferably In The Fashion Industry. This Experience Will Provide A Strong Understanding Of The Brand's Values, Customer Expectations, And Industry Standards.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager, This Role Will Require The Ability To Lead And Motivate A Team To Achieve Goals And Maintain High-Quality Standards. A Candidate Should Have Proven Experience In Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Manager, After Sales & Quality Will Be Responsible For Handling Customer Complaints And Inquiries, As Well As Communicating With Internal Teams And External Partners. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Building And Maintaining Positive Relationships.
