Welcome to Fendi - a luxury fashion house that has been crafting exquisite designs since 1925. We are currently seeking a talented Intern to join our Visual Merchandising team and contribute to the creation of stunning window displays and in-store presentations. As an Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced visual merchandisers and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of luxury retail. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for design. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to create visually appealing window displays and in-store presentations that align with Fendi's brand image and aesthetic.
Contribute fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the overall visual merchandising strategy.
Assist in the implementation and execution of visual merchandising plans, including setting up and taking down displays.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure the timely completion of projects and meet deadlines.
Keep track of inventory and ensure all necessary materials and supplies are available for visual merchandising projects.
Conduct research on competitors and provide insights and recommendations for visual merchandising improvements.
Collaborate with store associates to ensure proper placement and organization of merchandise in accordance with visual merchandising guidelines.
Attend visual merchandising training and workshops to continuously improve skills and stay updated on industry trends.
Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude while representing Fendi and its brand values.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide timely updates on visual merchandising projects.
Uphold the highest standards of visual merchandising presentation and maintenance in all store locations.
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all visual merchandising displays are safe and secure for customers.
Take direction from senior team members and proactively seek feedback to improve skills and performance.
Continuously strive to learn and grow in the field of visual merchandising and luxury retail.

Job Qualifications

Strong Eye For Detail And Creativity: A Successful Candidate For An Intern Position In Visual Merchandising At Fendi Must Possess A Keen Eye For Detail And A Strong Creative Vision. This Includes The Ability To Think Outside The Box And Come Up With Innovative Ways To Display Products In-Store.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Luxury Market: Fendi Is A Renowned Luxury Brand, And An Intern In Visual Merchandising Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Fashion And Luxury Market. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Trends, Consumer Behavior, And An Understanding Of Fendi’s Brand Identity.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: Visual Merchandising Is A Collaborative Effort, And An Intern At Fendi Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Team Members And Work Together To Execute Visual Displays. Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Essential For This Role.
Proficiency In Design Software And Technology: In Today’s Digital Age, Proficiency In Design Software And Technology Is A Must For Any Visual Merchandising Role. An Intern At Fendi Should Be Well-Versed In Programs Such As Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, And Indesign, As Well As Have A Good Understanding Of Social Media And E-Commerce Platforms.
Organizational And Time-Management Skills: Visual Merchandising Requires A High Level Of Organization And Time-Management Skills. An Intern Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Attention To Detail And The Ability To Work Efficiently Are Also Important Qualities For This Position.
