Provide support to the Human Resources team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records, and organizing HR events.
Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement training programs for new employees.
Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices in the fashion industry.
Communicate effectively with employees and external candidates, providing timely and accurate information.
Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving HR processes and procedures.
Help to develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and candidates.
Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR team and the overall goals of the company.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.
Familiarity With Hr Processes And Procedures, Such As Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, And Performance Management.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Hris Software.
Previous Internship Or Work Experience In A Hr Role, Preferably In The Fashion Or Luxury Goods Industry.
