- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase online sales and revenue for Fendi's ecommerce platform.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to make informed decisions on product selection and pricing for the online store.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and customer service to ensure a cohesive and seamless online shopping experience.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on the website.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase conversion rates.
- Oversee the online inventory management process to ensure accurate and timely product availability.
- Maintain and update product listings, descriptions, and images on the website.
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to online purchases.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through exceptional customer service.
- Monitor competitor activity and make recommendations to stay competitive in the luxury retail market.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in ecommerce to continually improve the online shopping experience for customers.
- Manage and track ecommerce budget and expenses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency in their roles.
- Communicate regularly with upper management on the performance of the online store and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Ecommerce Management, Preferably In The Luxury Fashion Industry
Strong Understanding Of Web Analytics, Seo, And Digital Marketing Strategies
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills
Experience Working With Ecommerce Platforms, Such As Shopify Or Magento, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Google Analytics.
