We need someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has the ability to build relationships with our clientele. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual who is organized and has excellent communication skills.The Client Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, as well as developing relationships with them to ensure their loyalty. The successful candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury retail industry. They must have a strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and be able to identify and meet customer needs. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have knowledge of current trends and the ability to provide fashion advice to our clients. Our Client Advisor must also be confident in using technology and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.At Fendi, we’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has a genuine care for our clients’ experience.
