  1. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and oversee critical emergency management programs.
  2. Lead and supervise a team of management and program analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of assigned tasks.
  3. Conduct thorough analyses of program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop and implement new policies and procedures for program management and analysis.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to ensure compliance with federal regulations and guidelines.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness and promote collaboration.
  7. Provide guidance and training to team members on program management and analysis best practices.
  8. Monitor and manage program budgets, ensuring funds are allocated efficiently and effectively.
  9. Communicate program updates and progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to emergency management and program analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Project Management, Or Supervisory Roles.

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Management Principles And Practices, As Well As Federal Policies And Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Analysts And Program Managers.
