- Assess and analyze potential risks and hazards in order to develop and implement mitigation strategies.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest emergency management techniques and technologies, and incorporate them into response plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to emergency management.
- Represent the agency in meetings, conferences, and other events related to emergency management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members in order to facilitate their professional growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to emergency response activities.
- Collaborate with other supervisory staff to develop and implement agency-wide emergency management strategies.
Bachelor's Degree In Emergency Management, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Emergency Management, Disaster Response, Or Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Emergency Management Laws, Regulations, And Procedures.
Strong Leadership And Supervisory Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Diverse Stakeholders In High-Stress Situations.
