  1. Monitor program performance: The Program Analyst will be responsible for closely monitoring the performance of disaster response and recovery programs to ensure they are meeting established goals and objectives.
  2. Analyze data: The Program Analyst will use their strong analytical skills to review and analyze data related to program performance, identifying any trends or areas for improvement.
  3. Identify areas for improvement: Based on their data analysis, the Program Analyst will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Ensure efficient delivery: It will be the responsibility of the Program Analyst to ensure that disaster response and recovery efforts are delivered efficiently and effectively, utilizing resources in the most optimal way.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Public Administration, Or Computer Science.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret And Synthesize Complex Data.

  • Experience In Program Management, Monitoring, And Evaluation, Preferably In A Disaster Response Or Emergency Management Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Disaster Response And Recovery Programs.
