Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Analyst to join our team at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The ideal candidate will have a passion for public service, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and a strong commitment to helping our agency meet its mission.The Program Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and developing a wide range of programs at FEMA. To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in public administration, public policy, or a related field and 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Experience with government regulations, grant writing and management, financial management, and program management is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is also required. The ability to communicate effectively, build relationships with stakeholders, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential. You must also be able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
