  1. Develop and implement program objectives and goals in alignment with FEMA’s mission and vision.
  2. Conduct research and analyze data to inform program decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute program plans and strategies.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions.
  5. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate program updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform program development and implementation.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
  8. Identify and pursue opportunities for program improvement and optimization.
  9. Facilitate meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and feedback on program initiatives.
  10. Serve as a subject matter expert on program-related issues and provide guidance to team members.
  11. Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to support program objectives.
  12. Assist with budget planning and management for program initiatives.
  13. Support disaster response and recovery efforts as needed.
  14. Attend trainings and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Uphold FEMA’s values of integrity, compassion, accountability, respect, and collaboration in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Program Analysts At Fema Must Be Able To Gather And Analyze Data From Various Sources To Identify Trends And Patterns, And Use This Information To Make Informed Decisions And Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Emergency Management: A Thorough Understanding Of Emergency Management Principles And Practices Is Essential For This Role, As Program Analysts Will Be Responsible For Analyzing And Evaluating Disaster Response And Recovery Programs.
