  1. Manage and analyze programs and initiatives within FEMA to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Conduct research and gather data to identify areas of improvement within FEMA's programs and initiatives.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize program performance and achieve organizational goals.
  4. Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to identify and address program needs and challenges.
  5. Communicate program updates, progress, and challenges to management and stakeholders.
  6. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to evaluate program data and make data-driven recommendations.
  7. Monitor and track program budgets, expenditures, and outcomes to ensure compliance and accountability.
  8. Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Train and mentor staff on program management best practices and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in emergency management to continuously improve FEMA's programs.
  11. Represent FEMA in meetings and conferences related to program management and analysis.
  12. Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and presentations.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the program management team.
  14. Adhere to all federal and agency regulations, policies, and procedures.
  15. Support FEMA's mission of serving citizens and first responders during times of crisis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Public Administration, Business Management, Or Emergency Management.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Management, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Strategic Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Findings To Senior Management.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Emergency Management Policies, Procedures, And Regulations, As Well As Experience Working With Disaster Response And Recovery Programs.
