The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is looking for a highly skilled Management and Program Analyst to join our team. As a Management and Program Analyst at FEMA, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving the agency's policies, programs, and procedures to enhance our response to emergencies and disasters.   1. Analyze and evaluate existing policies, programs, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the agency's response to emergencies and disasters.
  2. Conduct data analysis and research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and programs that align with FEMA's mission and goals.
  4. Lead projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency's operations.
  5. Monitor and track program performance and outcomes, and develop reports to communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends related to emergency management and disaster response.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with agency objectives.
  8. Provide guidance and support to colleagues on program analysis and evaluation methodologies.
  9. Identify potential risks and challenges in current policies and programs and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  10. Work closely with other analysts and subject matter experts to identify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining.
  11. Conduct training and presentations to educate staff on new policies, programs, and procedures.
  12. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  13. Adhere to all federal regulations and guidelines in the execution of job duties.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate processes and procedures within the agency.
  15. Serve as a strong advocate for FEMA's mission and values in all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Or Project Management.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Disaster Response And Recovery Operations.
