
Management and Program Analyst

- Conduct analysis and evaluation of programs and policies within FEMA to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and meet agency goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
- Utilize data and metrics to track and report on program performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on program and policy decisions.
- Communicate with stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and input on program initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform program development.
- Support the development and execution of emergency management plans and procedures.
- Oversee the collection and analysis of data to assess program effectiveness and identify potential risks.
- Compile and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members on program and policy development and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards related to emergency management programs.
- Serve as a representative of FEMA at meetings, conferences, and other events related to emergency management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Uphold FEMA's mission of providing assistance and support to individuals and communities affected by disasters.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Emergency Management, Disaster Response, And Recovery.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Emergency Management Setting.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
