  1. Conduct analysis and evaluation of programs and policies within FEMA to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve program effectiveness and meet agency goals.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new policies and procedures.
  4. Utilize data and metrics to track and report on program performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Provide expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on program and policy decisions.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders and external partners to gather feedback and input on program initiatives.
  7. Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform program development.
  8. Support the development and execution of emergency management plans and procedures.
  9. Oversee the collection and analysis of data to assess program effectiveness and identify potential risks.
  10. Compile and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  11. Train and mentor team members on program and policy development and implementation.
  12. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards related to emergency management programs.
  13. Serve as a representative of FEMA at meetings, conferences, and other events related to emergency management.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Uphold FEMA's mission of providing assistance and support to individuals and communities affected by disasters.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Public Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Regulations And Policies Related To Emergency Management, Disaster Response, And Recovery.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Program Analysis, Preferably In A Government Agency Or Emergency Management Setting.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collect, Analyze, And Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels.
