Job Description

FEMA is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced and knowledgeable professional who is capable of multitasking, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The Lead Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing a variety of tasks related to personnel and human resources management.To be considered for this role, applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 5 years of relevant experience in human resources management, and a valid state driver's license. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills, a strong customer service focus, and have experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other related software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
