
Human Resources Specialist
In this position, you will serve as a senior specialist for the Office of Chief Component Human Capital Officer, Talent Acquisition Division, performing a wide variety of complex duties and and providing technical guidance and assistance in staffing as it relates to managing the HRIS. Researching new laws and regulations to determine their impact on human resources programs. Revising and updating human resources information systems practices and procedures to ensure compliance with staffing policies and regulations. Conducting effective hiring program execution activities utilizing the automated hiring management system. Executing changes and updates to the automated hiring in accordance with policies and regulations.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience required
Must have excellent follow-through and a strong sense of urgency.
