Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to the public on emergency-related matters, as well as using their knowledge and experience to respond to customer inquiries.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Political Science, Public Administration, or Communications, and at least two years of relevant experience. They should also have a strong knowledge of federal, state, and local government legislation, regulations, and procedures. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and be comfortable utilizing web-based applications.This is an incredible opportunity to be part of a dynamic and dedicated team, while also making a real difference in people’s lives.
