
Construction Analyst (Costing Specialist)
In this position, you will perform technical reviews of damaged facilities, debris removal operations or special considerations in issues such as mitigation environmental historic preservation (EPH) or insurance and provides cost estimates for the work to be completed. Performs a wide variety of construction cost analysis related office and field work. Developing cost estimates and scopes of work (method of repair/reconstruction) for disaster-related repairs and reconstruction of infrastructure, roads, and/or public facilities. Reviewing cost estimates from other parties to ensure they are reasonable, accurate, and in compliance with applicable standards. Identifying missing information and coordinating with counterparts to resolve issues.
Prior experience with, project cost management, estimating and document control required.
Implementation of project control procedures
Working knowledge of Work Breakdown Structures
A minimum of 4 years direct project controls experience
