Strategy Planning Principal
Provide thought leadership to cross-functional teams working on strategic initiatives and act as an internal consultant to executive leadership team. Engage with leadership team on identified priorities support with fact-based recommendations and provide actionable insights to leadership team on recommended course of action. Create compelling executive level presentations/communications tailored for specifics audiences, including board and executive briefings, IT and Business leadership teams, and organizational awareness, that compel action and provide awareness. Promote and organize business alignment across key stakeholders, partners and supplier relationships to manage overall organization commitments and provide an aggregate view for stakeholders. Responsible to manage external consulting engagements with industry experts and takes on coaching and mentoring roles.
Working knowledge of InfoSec, cyber security, and direct executive support
Able to foster and build a collaborative working relationship with various stakeholders
Five (5) or more years equivalent work experience in information technology or business environment
Effective consultative and influencing approach with ability to promote innovative ideas and accept risks that are required to lead change
