You must also have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in computer applications. The ability to multitask, problem solve, and work in a team environment is essential. As a non-driver, the ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. is also required.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all FedEx customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and coworkers.
  3. Assist with customer inquiries, requests, and issues, resolving them in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and problem-solving to meet deadlines and handle unexpected situations.
  5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  6. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Utilize computer applications to process and track customer orders and shipments.
  8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  9. Lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. as needed.
  10. Continuously strive for excellence in all aspects of the job, representing FedEx in a positive and professional manner.
  11. Keep up to date with company updates, changes, and training to maintain a high level of knowledge and skills.
  12. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  13. Take ownership of responsibilities and be accountable for delivering results.
  14. Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members, acting as a mentor and role model.
  15. Participate in company initiatives and projects as assigned.
