  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions to optimize their supply chain and shipping processes.
  2. Conduct thorough analysis and assessment of clients' supply chain and shipping operations to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to design and implement customized solutions for clients.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in logistics and supply chain management to continuously improve and enhance our services.
  5. Communicate and present solutions to clients in a clear and professional manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or roadblocks in the implementation of solutions, ensuring smooth and successful execution.
  7. Monitor and track the progress and effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments and improvements as needed.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on supply chain and shipping processes, providing guidance and recommendations to clients.
  9. Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and support in the acquisition of new clients.
  10. Uphold FedEx's commitment to exceptional customer service by delivering high-quality solutions and timely responses to clients' inquiries and concerns.
  11. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions, solutions provided, and project updates.
